Meet the Sticky Note Toolbar

Everything you need to work a Sticky Note, right where you are already looking...

Select any sticky note and the Sticky Note Toolbar appears just above it. It provides easy access to a myriad of actions to the note you're working on. Wether you are brainstorming, planning, analyzing or reviewing the sticky notes lifecycle, the actions available on the toolbar will help.

The toolbar adapts to context. The actions you see on the toolbar depend on the sticky note type, the board you are viewing it on, and whether you're in Plan or Execution mode. You'll only see what's relevant to the moment.

The toolbar is one part of a wider set of tools to help support and facilitate the human-centered behaviors needed to increase collaboration and coordination at scale.

Better together...

When you use the Toolbar alongside Board Settings, Shortcut Keys and piplanning.io's navigation utilities, the human to tool interaction starts to feel natural, as if the board is keeping pace with your thinking, and leading you to answers or to ask the right questions (cue the RTE or Program Manager that becomes a super-facilitator).

Enabling human-centered behaviors in the context of PI or quarterly planning at scale is our mission, as that creates true transformation.

Our suggestion: select a sticky note, explore the icons, and notice how the options change as you move between boards and modes. A few minutes exploring will make the toolbar feel familiar.
