Our preferred way to for customers to contact and interact with us about all things piplanning.io.

Access our in-app Messenger

  1. Login to piplanning.io

  2. Locate in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen the messenger launcher icon.

  3. Select it, the message window pops open, and you can send a message right there and then.

Asynchronous communication will be the norm, and when possible real-time conversation is possible.

Send a message

"Send us a message" directly opens a conversation window. Our responses are sent via messenger and by email to give you flexibility on how to continue the conversation. All conversations you have with us will be saved and can be viewed the next time you come back to the messenger.

Choose whether you want to speak to

    or

  • one of our Sales folks

Report a Problem

In case you face a problem or an issue, please let us know via in-app messenger.

  1. Open the messenger

  2. Talk to Support

  3. Share any or all of the following that are relevant to your query

    1. The specific use case where you face the problem

    2. Any additional information about the issue you have not already mentioned

    3. Screenshots of errors you might be seeing

    4. Information about the users, teams experiencing the issue

Provide Product Feedback

We're always looking for valuable feedback based on your experience with piplanning.io. In case you have an idea, something is missing or anything which would make your life during PI Planning and Execution easier, please share your thoughts anytime.

  3. Create a ticket

  4. Provide as much information as you can in the form

  5. Our product team will come back to you in case of follow-up questions

  6. Check the status in the Ticket Portal

Ticket Portal

In case we identify a problem to be a bug in our product or in case you share feedback on the product, we'll create tickets and keep you updated on the progress.

You can find your tickets anytime going into the ticket portal. You have two options.

  2. Open the "Tickets" section

  3. Check your Tickets

  3. Check your Tickets
