  1. Login to piplanning.io

  2. Locate in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen the messenger launcher icon.

  3. Select it, the message window pops open, and you can send a message right there and then.

Access the messenger to contact us directly in the app, from the bottom right-hand corner in piplanning.io

Asynchronous communication will be the norm, and when possible real-time conversation is possible.

When you send a message to us and we reply, the response is sent via messenger and by email to give you flexibility on how to continue the conversation. All messages we send will be saved and can be viewed the next time you come back to the messenger.
