debug connectivity and configuration issues

Inspecting the logs / events is only available for cloud customers. In our onprem solution administrators should consider the application logs directly.

Connectivity between the piplanning app and the ALM tool can fail due to numerous reasons. Events / logs regarding issues are collected per ALM-connection and can be inspected in the cockpit.

Check latest log events

  1. In the cockpit, click on ALM-Connections in the menu

  2. Click on one of the ALM connections in the action-menu on “Events“
