On-Premise Customers: Self-Service Portal User Account Creation

piplanning.io On-Premise Customers can create a User account in our Cloud instance to be able to access Conversational Support.

For On-Premise Customers ONLY

Create an Account

  1. Open this specific web address: https://setup.piplanning.io/onprem-register

  2. Type in your work Email Address and set a Password

  3. Click Continue

  4. Provide your Full Name, Role and let us know about the challenges you face.

  5. Click Continue

  6. Enter a Company Name (that represents your company with the On-Premise piplanning.io deployment), the number (#) of Teams and the ALM systems you synchronize piplanning.io with.

  7. Click Continue

  8. Click Create account

You'll then receive an email confirming your account.

After logging in, you can use your Self-Service Portal
