Mastering navigation and selection tools helps keep your focus sharp, whether you’re reviewing a team board or aligning with ART-level deliverables.
Choose Your Input Device: Mouse, Trackpad, or Auto
First things first - set your input device for the best experience.
piplanning.io adapts seamlessly to your preferred input style — whether you’re using a mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen. Here's how it works:
Auto mode detects your device type and switches navigation behaviors accordingly.
Mouse mode lets you pan by right-clicking and dragging, and zoom with the scroll wheel.
Trackpad mode enables two-finger scroll to pan and pinch gestures to zoom.
Choose Trackpad mode if you like two-finger scroll + pinch, and Mouse mode if you prefer scroll-wheel zooming. Or simply rely on Auto for hassle-free switching.
Zoom In & Out
Zooming keeps you in control of detail or overview:
Mouse wheel or trackpad pinch: Smoothly zoom in and out centered on your cursor.
